Cartrack...poor service
My car was hijacked last week Wednesday and trying to contact the controll room they were rude in terms of controlling situations and later I received call saying unfortunately the unit was removed from my car and they won't be able to trace the car..until doing research with cops and my car was found..till today they never said anything and the car doesn't have unit but they keep saying,I won't change them because I do have contract with them..I won't pay cancellation fees for poor service..please help me to terminate the contract with immediate effect without cancellation fee..poor service

I have received feedback from your department claiming that they have tried to call me in order to provide feedback,however I haven't receive those signals and I have hijacked last week Wednesday and I recover the car before 00:00 and the following day I have never receive single call about installing the other unit and after traumatic situations,I won't leave the car without unit as theirs it was removed from the car, only today on the 19 June 2022 around 19:00 in the evening claiming to call me back after writing to hellopeter..I want my contract to be cancelled without cancellation fee..I have moved to netstar...the is no need to continue with their poor service anymore. the car was hijacked on the 13 June 2022 and recovered immediately by the SAPS and only received feedback on the 19 June 2022. What happened between those days without unit while you know that South African is got high rate of hijacked my issue it was something for immediate actions after recovery.please cancel without cancellation fee. The respond they won't authorize cancellation without fees..please cancel my contract without cancellation fee.
