Cartracker tracking unit not working

Worst service ever. The Cartracker unit is not working. The technician was there in the morning today 24 April 2019 . Before he started working he requested We check together all lights, indicators and radio and all was fine and working. And i left for work and told aunty to call me once he is done. He spent 3hours 30 minutes trying to fix the device since 7:30am till 10:00am. When he was done they called me and l I told him that I didn't get an communication from tracker to say device is working fine. I even checked on app and nothing was happening. He insisted that all is fine and left. I told my driver to go to town with the car so I can call tracker to see if they can pick up where the car is. He told me that the radio is no longer working as soon as he started the car. When driver was in town I called tracker and they said the car it's at my home address since 7:40am and it has not moved which is was not true because the car was in town. Then they said they will reboot the device and I must check after 30min I did that and nothing was happening still. I call again and I was send from one person to the other. Then someone told me that the device is still not working and they will send technician the following day. I mean I have lost two days of business because of these and the service agent kept on dropping calls on me . I called more than 6 times . All I want is for the Cartracker device to work and that I must be able to track the car on system myself. Can Cartracker get the tracking unit fixed pleaseeeeeee!!
