My motor bike was hijacked last year and cartracker couldn't careless about informing me or send me a report of what transpired or if they were able to find the units or the motor bike. After all the ordeal I decided to terminate my contract with them cuase if I find them not useful to my business. This is after paying premiums for over 12 months and the qualify of services is unacceptable to say the least. This company only knows to collect premiums and when it's time to act there are no where to found. Stop harrasing me and give ne a detailed report on why you couldn't find my bike or the units please.
