Cartracker Poor Service

As a customer, I have had a bad experience with Cartracker. The service is so poor that I have reported that the unit is reporting an incorrect position on May 12, 2023, and they never provide any resolution to the problem. I then sent an email today, May 15, 2023, in the morning regarding the same issues. No resolution was provided the whole day, so I tried calling, and the call center agents are so rude they are hanging up the phone on me and putting me on hold while I am in the process of trying to follow up and explain what’s happening.
