Cartracker it's a ****

I am very disappointed with car tracker they bridge contract when you take their service verbally they never send the recording when you ask for it but when they are selling you their service they will tell you it's accessible anytime you want it. I have been requesting for my recording since August 2024 with no luck, I ask them to come and fix their tacker as it's draining my car battery they are now telling me I need to pay for call out fee which I don't remember them telling me about it they are a **** I have been asking them to retrieve my records where I accepted that they sending me pillar to post and they are deducting my money every month everytime I call them to check the location of the car it's either they don't find it or it's in a different location.
