Cartracker is useless

Signed a contract with Cartrack ins October 2021 and the tracker failed after 6 months in April 2022. i logged it in April for repair they never came to repair. December 2022 i logged it more than five times and their tech never pitched. Today i spoke to Obakeng from their service desk, he said he will schedule a tech but if i want quick solution he will have to book it under paid repairs.
