Cartracker is the worst with the process

I was contacted to settle my account and was call was done on the 10nov 2023 paid the account in full as it was a settlement was given 2 payment to settled my account and was given a 30% discount.. on the call I was never told about cancellation fee or any invoice that will be raised after settling the discounted settlement..my account was handed over and during that I was contacted again and was told that my account has a balance of 2k and some change and told the lady that I spoke to in Jan 2024 that I settled as per conversation I have with agent in Nov 2023..i was then told I will get a paid up letter once account is cancelled..
