Cartracker is one of thee most non professional service provider

I have been on and off with cartracker debiting my account since last year and later found out the tracker was wrongfully installed and now after writing a review the " CEO Escalation" Zandile April responds with same email over and over and nothing has been done. Cartracker debit 3 times after I have raised the issue with them on this platform. Which ombudsman can I report cartracker in this company is a **** with their non chalant responses. If you frustrated as I am kindly join me so that we can escalate this to ombudsman collective complaint will be more helpful. we need to deal with these people there is no way I'm experiencing such nonsense.
