Cartracker is dishonest

Good day,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service from Cartrack. I have been paying for a device that has not been working for the past six months, and despite several follow-ups, the installation of the new device keeps being postponed.

It is unacceptable that I am now being charged a cancellation fee when the service has not been delivered as agreed.
