Cartracker installer or agent very rude

I was very disappointed with one of the agents who install car trackers named Dumisang Mashaku driving a white marked Nissan with registration: HH53MT GP. He was very rude and disrespectful when i consulted him with his driving and claimed he knew the road traffic signs and no regard for other cars. After I confronted him and left he started following me I felt like I was being stalked by him. Everywhere I went he was there.
