Cartracker and Carwatch device being malfunctioning

I recently 29/03/2021 had a problem with CarWatch from Cartracker both device are malfunctioning and I was told that they are having a technical problem with CARWATCH which I only find out after being on the phone for more than an hour with the Fleet,Emergency team n Teams leader but none of them was able to assist as they restarted the Carwatch but the device is still malfunctioning its recording that the car is moving even if it's on one place.I kindly asked them to send a technician but they dont take customer complaints n are not customer centric.The kind of money one pays every month n gets a service like this it's really frustrating.I made a facebook but no one is getting back to me like I thought,When I ask them to cancel the subscription since I am not getting value for money n they are products are faulty n no one is willing to take accountability I am told that I signed a 36 months contracts of which I am aware but I cant keep on paying and not getting the services....and no one is willing to be accountable
