If you want peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs. My experience with them has been extremely frustrating, to the point where I no longer want anything to do with them.

After they issued my settlement letter, my account was never reactivated. Despite this, I’ve started receiving letters from collections claiming that I still owe them money. These letters arrive almost every week.

They are very quick to blacklist, yet when you try to contact them, no one can provide direct assistance or give clear answers. My experience with this company has been nothing but negative.
