Cartrack Worst Service ever!!!

Worst service ever. Had an installation appointment Friday 15/11/2024 at 12:00, at 12:30 I phoned Cartrack Vanderbijlpark Branch, with no feedback, still waiting for a manager to get back to me. I gave them another chance phoned in yesterday to the scheduling department to work through them as the Vanderbijlpark branch don’t get back to me. Had an appointment for installation set for 12:00 today 2024/11/19, it is now 13:00 still with no feedback and no technician at my house, no communication from Cartrack, I had to phone them, no answers. Din’t know how this company will help you track you vehicle when it is ****** if they don’t even pitch for scheduled installation appointments. WORSE SERVICE EVER CARTRACK!!!
