Cartrack worst service ever!!!

Very very disappointed at this service. I drove from Mpumalanga to drop off the car at the dealership in Sandton because this tracking device is draining the battery. Me and the dealership has been calling them to come and work with the dealership to remove and test the device. They said they would get back to me yesterday, they didnt. Today (1 July 2025), they tell me that the technician can only come out tomorrow. Yesterday I had to book at a hotel and today they are telling me they are not coming, meaning I have to book today again and tomorrow. This has to be the worse service ever.
