Cartrack worst service continues...

Logged a complain early Oct 9th/10th on here... Some cartrack lady called with promises, it's been weeks not fulfilled nor problem solved. I still kept calling their call centre, last being this morning, false promises of escalation made and resolution today to get technician to make appointment to come out for their faulty device repairs - faulty since July 2024!! Fakse promises continue... Yet monthly premium being paid and told of exorbitant cancellation penalty fee. Hello Peter your platform doesn't seem effective in this regards 🤷🏾
