CarTrack worst ever.

I was unknowingly signed into a 3-year Cartrack contract at the dealership. A few months later, I could no longer access my profile. When I contacted Cartrack, I was told that I did not have a profile and therefore was not covered at all.

For more than two years, I received no calls, no messages and no communication from Cartrack. Then, out of nowhere, they contacted me asking for my new registration number, saying they still had a temporary registration on their system — even though temporary registrations expire about three months after a vehicle is purchased.

This means Cartrack either had incorrect information on their system for over two years or my account was never properly set up, yet they still considered me to be under contract.

This is extremely unprofessional, misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend Cartrack to anyone.
