Cartrack Worst Customer Service

Most pathetic Service Have been trying for 3 months to get a device contract transfered. have spoken to Vukosi,Manaka,Thulisile,Relebohile and numerous others Forms Emailed everytime i phone in and i am forced to speak to someone new. Now ive asked previous owner to request tracker be removed, Forms filled and sent and yet the offices contacted me to come through, when i call back to check progress no one knows what i am talking about all they do is keep transfering you to different departments.
