Cartrack worst company ever

I put a tracker on my bike which has been immediately ****** and never found despite the tracker on it. Cartrack insured me that the debit order will be off but they keep on debiting every month for the past 2 months. Everytime on the phone a new agent insures me that they have escalated the matter but nothing is being done. Worst company ever and very useless trackers.
