Cartrack worst company ever

Cartrack is the worst tracking company I've come across. I've been paying for a tracker that isn't installed in my vehicle due to their pathetic admin team who didn't remove my previous tracker from a car that I sold. Because they failed to remove it they want to charge me for it. Its been more then a year a they still haven't sorted me out!!!! The best part is they phoned me to see where the car is. Some tracking company they are 🤣🤣🤣🤣. U speak to management who tell you that they are looking into it only to get ghosted by them. U guys are really pathetic and I wouldn't recommend anyone joining them. My local fruit shop gives me better feedback when I need something than these clowns. This isn't even me writing this out of anger. I'm just frustrated at this point.
