Cartrack Worst Company Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been trying to get in contact with Cartrack to remove 4 vehicles that we don't have anymore, and we are still paying for that. For more than a year, we do not receive any Invoices from Cartrack to show them that they bill us for vehicles we don't owe anymore.

This is the worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We spoke to more that 20 people at Cartrack and no one can help us, So why do they work there if they can't help the clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will not pay anything further and will hand this over to our Attorneys now.

We will also stop the Debit Order.

Will never never do business with Cartrack again and will spread the word that they are a bad company.

Cartrack said that they will resolve this. Now they want me to pay cancellation fee of over R7000.00, but since June I asked to cancel vehicles that we no longer own. So since June no one came back to us, but still charged us for this vehicles for 5 months. So Cartrack owes me credit. Instead they want me to pay over R7000.00. If this was done when we reported it, then I would have saved 5 months premiums.

Sort this out immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Company to do business with. Will never recommend Cartrack to anyone.
