Cartrack - Worst Accounts Department!

The incompetence of this company's accounts department is next level. I have never struggled this much in my entire life, even after payment was made directly through their link or scheduled payment off my bank they harass non stop even weeks after payment was made, you can give proof of payments till you are blue... It's like the lights don't go on... Nevermind the *********** workforce, my account increases ever other month... No increase letters, no communication, no invoices or statements. I love their app... That's at least one good thing I can say about this company. I dread the day my car gets ******, I can't even imagine what star level service I'll get... Not holding my breath!

Matrix on the otherhand is way cheaper and I barely hear from them, no issues with their accounts department.
