Cartrack work the same like ****mers

Am out of options with car track, they keep on debiting my account even after cancelling the contract with them, I have tried so many times and they confirmed that the contract is being cancelled but after few weeks they debit my account and now am receiving smses saying my account is in arrears, and also never trust them when they always say the calls are being recorded and will be made available on request cause I have tried to request all those calls but never got assisted
