Cartrack won't give me my contract agreement

Cartrack refuses to furnish me with my contract. I have been sending whatsapps and emails with their lawyer and no one is able to present me with my contract but yet they are still expecting me to make payments. I will not make any further payments until a signed contract is presented to me because I don't even know what I'm expected to pay for.
