Cartrack what a **** service

Cartrack is failing to provide me with the services I am paying for. The tracking device installed in my vehicle stopped working in August 2022, I have reported the issue multiple times, technician are sent over and over to fix the device, however the repaired device does not work for more than 5 days.

After soooo many calls and trips to their Bloemfontein office, leading to confrontations their unprofessional my car remains without a working tracking device. I have stopped calling them after I demanded that they come and remove their device in my car so I can source another company. They respond by throwing the poor technicians to the deep end. They send their technicians to fix the device and not even give them the whole story behind the assignment.

What is sad is that they wont remove their device because I refuse to pay them R2700 for terminating the contract with them for their failure to service me.

Now how to deal with this company?
