CARTRACK we can find your money but not your car.

My vehicle has a Cartrack unit that provides faulty position information. I have tried for weeks to get information out of them and finally received a reply that they have tested the unit and found it faulty. Since then I have contacted them numerous times but have received no information on when or how they will repair or replace the unit. The debit order does however go off religiously and I'm sure they find the money in their account. With this pathetic level of service I can only marvel at how they are still in business.
