Cartrack was fast to arrange for the fitment of the tracking device and to collect the installment last month

Cartrack was fast to arrange for the fitment of the tracking device and to collect the installment last month. Shortly after installation about a week ago the tracking device which was suppose to be hided underneath the steeringwheel came lose and everyone could see it once my door was opened. I have reported it and it is now a week later and the installation is still not fixed. In the meantime i have to drive my car with the device hanging beneath my pedal....
