Cartrack Warranty promise of paying out up to R150k if vehicle is not found

I would like to expose Cartrack and their ridiculous terms and conditions for claiming your warranty.

Their warranty is that if your car is ****** and they do not find it they will give you up to R150 000 or your book value of your vehicle if it's worth less.

This is widely advertised and then when joining them you are told that if you would like the warranty you will have to pay a premium of R199 and not the standard R99 per month deal.

They expect clients to get their trackers unit tested every 3 months! This is ridiculous as they have sent us a tracking report that my insurance required that shows the tracker worked right up until they found the device disconnected from the vehicle when ******.
