Cartrack warranty cover is a ****

Covered 3 vehicles with these people, got highjacked, they failed to recover my car, their unit was jammed, they called me at 10H00 to inform me that they found the unit but the car cannot be found. I later enquir about the warranty cover that i was covered for and I was told I do not qualify because I did some reversal, but what shocked me is that I only did reversal to the highjacked vehicle only out of all the 3 cars covered with tem......I emidietly stopped paying for the remaining vehicles and they are calling me everyday but they never called me on the alleged reversal.....these people are ******
