I’m car track client my car was hijacked last Monday they took time to send a recovery unit and only find their unit not the car when I asked about warranty they told me that I don’t qualify because I once reversed instalment which was not I sent them statements confirming that I didn’t reverse instalment they changed and said I didn’t do quarterly unit test so I don’t qualify what ******* is that
