Cartrack useless with car recovery involving taxi people

On Thursday 1st of May my car was taken by taxi people and called cartrack to recover my vehicle cause it was taken against my will and a rand sum was requested to me that is Hijacking with abduction and I was told by a cartrack service agent to also go where they abducted the driver and negotiate with taxi people and they said they can't assist. Advise to people don't join cartrack I have evidence that it useless when it comes to recovering your car from taxi people
