Cartrack useless when u need them most

I have been emailing and calling cartrack to schedule an appointment to remove the tracker from.my old vehicle as it was not polling the correct location, its been 5 months and still i have no peace of mind for the safety of my vehicle. I just get debited every month , thats the problem we have no recourse against companies we simply get listed if we refuse to pay
