Cartrack - Useless units...you will be paying for nothing

If you want to pay for something and get nothing back then Cartrack will be perfect for you. I have 5 units with them, I had so many issues with them, they just stop working for no reason. They are unreliable, because they get stuck at one place for a whole day. Makes it difficult to track my trucks. The cameras what a waist of money and time, they also never work. After several reports of the cameras not working correctly and most of the time nothing at all. I just ignored my request or told me they have tested it and it works fine. Thing were ****** from my truck, I asked for footage. Sorry NO FOOTAGE AVAILABLE. What is the point for having them. Service.. what service? When you call the department in you area (my area Northern Cape) to report a fault, they are rude and they lie to you. Making arrangements over the phone, the technician arrived just to found out he is here not to do what was agreed and he knows nothing about it. I wish they can just come and take out their things and release me of my contract. Because of them I have no footage of the people who stole the thing of my truck. I know who it is, but HAVE NO PROOF. They must just know I am going to stop my debit orders and if they want to we can see each other in court. Stay far away from them if you need a tracking with NO service.
