Cartrack useless staff!
Been 1 month since my vehicle got hijacked which I haven't received any alert when my battery was disconnected, and now cartrack does not want to take any responsibility for it. I have spoken to over 20 useless consultants, managers and supervisors. I last received an email from Lesley Motlolisi more than a week back, yet I have not received any feedback in any form from useless Cartrack. DO NOT USE CARTRACK! They will not assist you when they're at fault!!
