Cartrack useless service provider

Hi, my name is Johnny. there are no words to describe the horrific service these people have holistically. I made a request for removing a tracking device from one vehicle to another and they did remove it from the other vehicle which was good. two days later I phone and asked them as to when are they going to install the tracking device that was removed from my other vehicle. They told me that I should make a payment of R870 of which they took it out of my account. After that was done no one came back to me to schedule an installation. Few days again I phoned to find out as to when are they going to install it was a Friday and they told me next week Tuesday. Tuesday came and went I then phone Thursday and they told me next week Thursday it came and it went. I phoned again a on Friday they told me next week Thursday and I informed them that it has to be done this weekend otherwise we cancel the contract that they defaulted on. But the lady requested please on the next Thursday it will definitely be done, my hope was crushed again when they did not call and no technician came out. I phone this Saturday again and they assured me that it will be on Sunday at 08h00am and it never happened. AT 10h08am Sunday today I called they say no scheduling was done and no technician is working. so I raised my disatisfaction again with no ending solution. I just receive d a call now from cartracker that they are sending a technician again at 13h00 because the previous technician called in sick. We will wait and see. There don't have any reference numbers at all.
