cartrack useless

extremely angry! cartrack came to insert a tracker into my vehicle, first of all my cartrack did not work i phoned them a week later they arrived to "fix" the unit- i paid for a new device not a repaired device- my account were double debited which they still dont know why and trying to find the problem, they have damaged all my wiring of my vehicle which were confirmed by an auto electrician- i have phoned cartrack to come and take out their device but no luck- but threatening me to sue me for cancelation fee- how can they threaten me after they have inserted a faulty device-damaged my vehicle and my car watch hasnt been working for how long i had to phone them everytime i switch on my car watch - please do not use cartrack rather use tracker much better
