CARTRACK USELESS CALL COMPANY WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! VERY UPSETING

This is my second report of poor service from this useless company. I paid them R400 for transfer of my tracker device from old car sold to my new one I bought. Its been a full month now these people i call them give them details of new owner, I do not even know how many times I have called them asking for de-installation ansd re-installation to my new car but they never deliver, this is so disappointing because at the end of last month my suscription was deducted again end of this month they will deduct my money for this poor service or for nothing at all. I am so fed up with these useless people. Zandile emailed me after my first review here, acted as if she was helping and just desappeared till today, i am not assisted. New customers be warned !
