Cartrack useless and poor service

Cartrack keeps on debiting my account when they are not tracking my car for the last 5 months. They also promise to email tracking logs to me and do not return my calls when promised.

They are much more efficient and cheaper car tracking companies out there like Fidelity ADT so please do not go with Cartrack.
