Cartrack useless

Absolutely disgusted in their service. Logged a call via call center 3 times already, each time promised that a technician will call me. Week later still nothing. Posted on social media, got quick response that technician will call me. Still waiting 24 hours later. Decided to test device, got informed account is suspended, due to it being in arrears. Yet debit order goes off every month. Never had such poor service from any service provider. My question is I installed device for the accident feature. Now what will happen if I am in an accident and no medical response is sent to me. Whose liable then???
