Cartrack USELESS!

Useless, they install the device which has problems every time you start the vehicle there is error and they phone you. After telling them they installed the device wrong and to escalate to their technical department. I asked them to make a note to stop phoning me because I use the vehicle for business but they keep phoning me every time I start the vehicle. this is the second vehicle in my fleet with a faulty tracking device that is installed new and picks up problems from day 1. They are completely useless and don't care about the unnecessary aggravation they cause all because their technical installers have no clue what they are doing. STAY far away and rather deal with someone else. Wish I never signed a contract with them.
