Cartrack Unreliable..

Cartrack is the most unreliable company ever. On January 8, 2025, they sent me an SMS saying they would install my unit the next day between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They also mentioned that they would contact me an hour beforehand to confirm the installation. Nothing happened.

A few days later, I called them, and they said they would find out what was going on and get back to me. Today, January 16, I called again, and they said the same thing: they would look into it. They then put me on hold, and after waiting for about 5 minutes, the call suddenly returned to the option menu.

I selected the correct option again and spoke to someone, but while I was still talking, the call disconnected.

The unit from my previous vehicle was removed on the 8th, meaning I’ve now been paying for something I don’t have for more than a week. This is completely unacceptable.

I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. Imagine if your car were ****** and you had to struggle for a week just to get an installation done—how long would it take to get them to respond to your ****** vehicle?
