Cartrack unreliable and keeps failing clients.

last year October 2023 I decided to cancel my contract with cartrack, a Lady named Agnes was assisting me with the cancelation, she advised that after 20 working days it'll be canceled and no money will be deducted anymore. Since then, every month end cartrack keeps deducting money, I've been reversing the funds myself since they failed to cancel the contract for me, now I'm been threatened that I'll be handed over to lawyers for arrears for failing to pay and reversing the money. I thought cartrack was a reputable company that has standards, I guess I was wrong. Cartrack failed me, today I'm being blamed. Cartrack is slowly loosing its clients for not being reliable.
