Cartrack unprofessional and money grabbers

Cartrack, keeps deducting my money yet theu csnt even locate my unit, have made plenty of calls since 2021, and even called on new years 01 Jan 2022 to locate my unit and they could not do that, and said thy will send the send a technician, come february i decided to reverse the debit order and asked that they cancel, 1 of the consultants helped me to cancel and undrstood and also felt it was unfair. now they call me everyday to say i. Must pay the outstanding fee and for 20 days notice for something that does not work, been paying them for 5 years and they still treat us like garbage... Even have a rude finance lady by Mbali Ngema who tells me yes they will call me everyday till i pay, and they dont control the calls... So basically its just how it is. I cancelled my services with them, i received the message of confirmation but they still want to Milk me. For the unit that didnt work, Iam so dissapointed, the thought that i made most of my family members join it makes me so. Mad...
