CARTRACK UNPROFEESIONAL SERVICE

We sold our vehicle and arranged for the Cartrack to be removed from the old car and transferred to the new car. Arranged everything with the call center and confirmed. old vehicle removed and again confirmed with call center a date for installation on the new car in Nelspruit. We are going away for the long weekend and it was confirmed for early Friday morning. Day before I just wanted to double check and can you believe it,Nelspruit does not have the booking!!! Now we had to bring the car to them instead of it been done at my house and they said they will get their best guy on it to make sure we get the car back within an hour,for us to still be on time. 2.5 Hours later and a lot os shouting we hear it is not their best technician but a learner doing the job and it will now take 3 hours. I wish we never started at Cartrack but now we have a contract and do not have a choice, otherwise I would have cancelled everything there and then!! From the call center not booking the appointment us having to sit and wait 3 hours!! Cartrack That is NOT good professional Service like you promised.
