Cartrack unit not working less than 3months being installed

I installed a tracking unit with Cartrack early February this year, hardly 3 months unit is not working,cannot detect movement,worse park the technical team that's suppose to book it in for inspection has already knocked off at 1,meaning the whole weekend my vehicle cannot be tracked plus not knowing when will I be booked,such pathetic service to a new client
