Cartrack unit draining battery and unable to schedule a repair

I bought a new Toyota Landcruiser vehicle and had a Cartrack unit installed. The unit drains the battery and the Toyota dealer tried to arrange a technician to come out but was unable to do. When I phone I am told they will phone me, they never do. The dealer gets the same message, Cartrack scheduling and repairs will call me to arrange, they don't... Now I cannot use the new car because the battery keeps draining.
