Cartrack - Unbilled Subscriptions

June 2017 - Jun 2020 (3-year contract) I had a cartrack subscription for a motor vehicle I owed.

Aug 2020 I received a statement from Cartrack. I called Cartrack to inform them that I had sold the vehicle, at which point The agent told me that I was switched to a month-to-month contract. I immediately requested that my month-to-month agreement be canceled and requested a settlement amount of outstanding fees (if any). I paid the remaining fees.

Jan 6, 2021, I received a letter of demand from Cartrack, in which I inquired why I still owed any money. I then re-requested that the service is canceled and received a confirmation of cancellation letter, and paid the amount in the LOD as I didn't want my credit record to be negatively impacted.

Feb - Dec 2021, I received another 3 x LOD /Outstanding fee statement from Norman Bisset and Associates (on behalf of CarTrack). I spent at least 2 hours a month on hold and speaking to consultants. I have email correspondence with at least four different agents in which I attached: - LOD - Confirmation of Cancellation Letter - Proof of Payment I have not received any feedback from anyone on how/why I owe money in light of the above.

Jan 5, 2022 This morning, I received a statement claiming I owe R 1 365.00 in unbilled subscriptions?

I do not have an issue with Cartrack as a service (my tracking device always worked well); however, I am not happy about the financial aspect.

Can someone from Cartrack please contact me and we resolve this?
