CarTrack Unauthorized Debit Order - AGAIN

Once again, an unauthorized debit order has gone off my account. And it is higher than my monthly installment.

What makes it worse is that the CEO of Escalations promised me it won't happen again.

This is the email I received after the previous issue:

Good day,

I hope this email finds you well.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced regarding the debit orders. I understand how upsetting it can be to receive conflicting information and automated messages, especially when trying to resolve the matter.

Please be advised that I have liaised with the accounts team, and they have confirmed that the debit has been updated as requested. The debit order that was recently attempted is for the month of March, while the debit billed in February was for the month of February. There should be no duplicate charges, and any outstanding balance notifications you received were automated.

I will personally ensure that the matter is monitored and that you are not unfairly debited. Should there be any further issues, I will assist you directly to resolve them promptly.
