Cartrack trying to **** me

I had tracking device installed in my car in December 2020, a Panic button was also installed on the same day. But due to my car insurance I had to change my package - then the panic button was deactivated by the Technician. The Technician told me that all I need to do is to call their call center and ask them to reactivate the panic button... I did that many times But Cartrack keeps telling me to pay over R600 for them to re-activate the panic button. I do not understand WHY I have to pay for something that i already installed in my car? What is the point of me having a Panic button that is not working in my car? Isn't it better for Cartrack to come and remove their panic button?

So I had a call from Tokelo - cartrack customer service.... his solution is for me to go to any nearest brach and get the panic button removed and to ask for recordings of our telephone conversations.
I'm paying R130 to Cartrack now and the package that includes panic button will cost R151 - why dont they change or upgrade me instead of charging me over R600 to activate it.
Tokelo is not very helpful and he is rude
