*********** their clients. I wanted to cancel my contract with Cartrack beacuse my car is no longer mobile. I was advised that I have a 3year contract and if i want to cancel Iĺl have to pay a R3000 something cancellation fee. I then opted to keep on paying the monthy premium until the 3year ended. I missed almost a year of payment ( my premium is R270 per month )beacuse of financial difficulties. I then got an email from their lawyers advising me to pay or be blacklisted. i phoned to make payment arrangements. When i spoke to the consuktant i was told i owe an amount of R2300 something. I then made an arrangement to pay R500 monthly. I get a call now to say I owe over R3000 now....how do u get to that amount? Because the R500 arrangement you made is only to pay off your arrears but your monthly subscription is accumulating arrears because you not making a payment on your premium. imagine!! So why didnt the consultant told me taht when i initially made the arrangement? So now I made a R1000 payment for nothing and the arrears still went up as well....and they expect me to pay for their mistake...Hell No!!
