Absolutely the worst tracking company to deal with. Pushed from department to the next with no one having a clue of whats going on.

Signed up 3 new vehicles with them a month ago. A mistake I now regret.

1x unit faulty, TWICE 1x unit decides when to activate/deactivate at its convenience. In the first week, the unit updated the location 2.5 hours later. Carwatch feature is useless if the vehicle ignition does not display correctly- so you pay but can't use it. Technicians have no time management. Unreliable company to say the least. The call centre will push you from one department to the next and you have to go through a verification process each time. In an emergency, how will this ever help?! They don't provide a reference to any call, so you start from scratch on each query.

Please do not sign up with them. Tracker and Netstar or anyone else for that matter will do a better job. Time to advocate this more.
